Amy provides therapeutic services using a Person- Centered/ Humanistic approach, acknowledging that every client is their own expert on their life and treatment is unique for each individual person. Amy assists in treating a variety of mental health issues and diagnoses in adolescents and adults.

I believe that at the foundation of many mental health issues are traumatic experiences both complex and single incident that impact how we function. Since becoming trained in EMDR and working with clients through this specific treatment modality and other trauma modalities such as TF-CBT and Trauma Narrative Therapy, I have seen significant growth, change, and healing in my clients.”
